The #1 Reason Home Businesses Succeed
The relative low cost of starting a home based business and operating it is probably the number one reason for the extremely high success rate of home businesses. Starting a business and managing it costs money, no matter what business it is. However, most home based businesses are relatively inexpensive to start and operate.
Businesses, especially ones that are just starting, need to keep their overhead low.
When starting a home based business, the biggest cost is which is rent along with utilities is already being paid. Because there is no "extra" cost of rent to pay, a home business does not have to earn as much to stay in business.
Money that is saved can be either pocketed by the business owner (that's you) or reinvested in the business itself. If money is put back into the
business, that only increases the odds of its success. If you keep the savings, that's more money for you. Either way you win.
Many times when starting a business from home, you also already have much of what you will need, a computer, phone, a vehicle to move around in, etc. These are just other ways in which home based businesses keep their overhead low.
Again, the number reason that home based business succeed is that they can afford to.
